This is a sales opportunity that’s not for everyone but for the select few it could well be life changing.   First and foremost this position is remote and can be done successfully from anywhere, and we mean anywhere!!  Secondly your earning potential is unlimited and as such it is commission only.  For that fact alone many people have already clicked off this opportunity but for those of you who are highly proficient at selling, recognize it as an art and love every minute of it, then you are still reading. 

You will come across some job opportunities that place restrictions on your time, tell you where and when to go and some will tell you to “think outside the box”.  For us, we like to keep things simple…there is no box.  The sales process and the need to close will always remain constant, but how you generate leads is constantly evolving and that is where your true value is; maybe you have an incredible personal and professional network, perhaps you have an impressive social media presence, maybe you are an expert on the phone…the possibilities are endless and we don’t ask that you have all of these attributes, we ask that you recognize your strengths, harness those strengths and be better than you were yesterday and not as good as you will be tomorrow.  

So who are we looking for?  People who can sell…yes! More importantly people who can represent our company in a professional manner, present themselves well and effectively convey who we are and what we do. There is no limitation where your customers reside or what language they speak.  Our core principles are built on the value we place on the long-term relationships we generate: our customers and our staff being paramount to our collective success.   We expect honesty and integrity as every “sale” is a new customer, a new relationship, one that will be nurtured and protected for many years to come.

We don’t want to use generic terminology like self-starter – but we do want to convey that in all likelihood you will be remote; you won’t have someone hammering sales quotas down your throat and as such you will need to have a significant amount of drive and determination.   You know you are good at what you do…..very good and you expect to be compensated for what you bring to the table and this will be your driving force…your primary incentive.

Initially, we are looking to hire four individuals and we have every expectation that in the first year each of you will earn in excess of $300,000.  Second year, increase that by 30% and by year three and beyond your earnings potential can grow exponentially. 

Our company is centered around the real estate industry with a focus on aviation and aerospace.  We are perfectly located to seize opportunities we feel don’t exist anywhere else on this planet.  It is not necessary to have any experience in these industries – just a willingness to learn and gain an appreciation for what we intend to accomplish.  We truly feel what is transpiring on our doorstep is a once in a lifetime opportunity and we intend to seize that opportunity by being the best and surrounding ourselves with the best.

The path to success is a simple one:

1.      Respond to this ad with a copy of your resume, where you are located and a cover letter telling us more about you – the person behind the piece of paper.

2.      We will initially communicate via email and telephone and through this process come up with a short list of potential candidates.

3.      We will arrange a time for you to come to our primary base of operations in Melbourne, Florida where we will give you a comprehensive introduction to the company.  You will also have a personal helicopter tour of the area, specific points of interest and a first-hand experience why we are so unique.

4.      During this visit we will learn more about each other and you can ask as many questions as you want as I’m sure there will be plenty.  This process will take an entire day.

5.      All going well it is possible that if both parties are mutually agreeable then an agreement can be finalized during this visit.
