COMMERCIAL DRINKING WATER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are a 100% remote- meaning work from your home office (no need to drive to an office every day to just "check in"), B2B door to door including phone follow-up sales organization built by sales professionals that are exhausted with poor leadership, legacy processes, and weak selfish sales departments that claim they want to help their clients but just find ways to beat their sales teams down and dehumanize their professional experience.

Compensation including 36k base ranges from 67k-211k per year. These are real and achievable numbers.

We use a B2B (business to business) science and problem-centric sales approach to expose/educate to our future clients that the money they are spending on office drinking water is saturated with bacteria and chemicals hiding in their distribution systems that cause them to drink water that is significantly contaminated. All we are doing is pointing these problems out to the client, discussing the consequences of continuing to drink this gross water, then share with them possible solutions to clean their drinking water with Reverse Osmosis purification then add back to this clean water minerals/electrolytes to create a system that will produce unlimited “smart water” in their offices.

Our product line is lean and specific. We provide a hands free all-in-one self-contained solution for office drinking water. The solutions provide hot/cold or hot/cold/ice. The bottleless cooler is manufactured by the top producer of bottleless coolers in the US and we are positioned for growth. Currently there are offices in Richmond, VA. All units are rented for $65 (hot/cold) or $135 (hot/cold/ice) each month- we do not sell them. It is simply a small operating expense for a business no different than paying for internet or copy machines. Customers receive a free 7-day trial that has a 98% close rate with virtually no competition.

The normal competition we encounter is the customer’s current situation or status quo “are old ways of drinking water is just good enough” mindset.

Pure Water Virginia compensation is very straight forward and our history shows 100% of our sales team sell at a minimum 5 units per month and high producing sales executives sell 15+ units per month. We did not create some unicorn comp plan that is unattainable - we built a comp plan around seriously achievable goals each month and we provide the tools and the training for you to succeed.

UNIQUE COMP STRUCTURE – best way to track

Base- $36k

Car/Fuel Compensation- Bonus $300 per month

Commissions- Avg between $2,000 - $15,000+

Quarterly Bonus- $900- $10,000+

4 Units Sold per month- $51k per year

6 Units Sold per month- $64k per year

8 units Sold per Month- $80k per year

10 Units Sold per Month- $91k per year

12 Units Sold per Month- $110k per year

15+ units sold per month - $142k+ per year

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $55,619.00 - $211,000.00 per year

Base- $36k (non-recoverable draw so it’s yours)
