Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Central Tech Services. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our services to clients in the UK and USA, working closely with our software house, call center, and BPO teams. Your main goal will be to generate leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell services to prospective clients using effective sales strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer information and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the software house, call center, and BPO teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a software house, call center, or BPO environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge of the UK and USA markets.
  • Target-driven with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Need for Rochester and Minnesota area physical visiting for interview.
