Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on concrete products preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
