Our client is looking for a full-time developer. NINTEX SME who is also proficient with Salesforce and DocuSign. The ideal candidate will be located within the Chicago area with the availability to come into the office as needed, but our client will consider remote for the right person.  Competitive compensation. Job Description

Skills:

1. Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
2. Advanced knowledge and experience in programming DocuSign functionalities within the Salesforce platform.
3. Expertise in utilizing Nintex for workflow automation and process optimization within Salesforce environments.
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
5. Familiarity with integrating third-party applications and services with Salesforce.
6. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce, DocuSign, and Nintex.
7. Experience with version control systems such as Git for managing Salesforce development.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within Salesforce.
9. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest Salesforce, DocuSign, and Nintex features and best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
2. Customize DocuSign functionality within Salesforce to streamline document management processes and enhance user experience.
3. Utilize Nintex for designing and implementing workflow automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and design scalable solutions.
5. Work closely with Salesforce administrators and other developers to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the platform.
6. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality code and best practices adherence.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, process diagrams, and deployment instructions.
8. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, monitor system performance, and proactively identify and address any issues or bottlenecks.
9. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, DocuSign features, and Nintex capabilities, and evaluate their applicability to enhance existing solutions.
10. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, DocuSign, and Nintex development best practices, guiding the team in adopting efficient solutions and methodologies.
