Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate client relationships to drive sales growth

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients

Experience:

  • Previous experience in insurance industry sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • State Farm experience preferred

  • Must hold P&C and L&H licenses

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000

  • Bonus and commission potential

  • Total compensation for high performers is expected to be at or above $100,000
