Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate client relationships to drive sales growth

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients
Experience:
Previous experience in insurance industry sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
State Farm experience preferred
Must hold P&C and L&H licenses
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $60,000
Bonus and commission potential
Total compensation for high performers is expected to be at or above $100,000
