Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager who can lead the global delivery of our collaboration tools, services, and Everyday AI capabilities that help Cox Automotive Team Members collaborate more effectively and efficiently in their daily work lives. The core of our collaboration tools and services is Microsoft 365, a cloud-based platform that includes Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other productivity and communication tools. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, as well as integrating Microsoft Copilot and Copilot for Microsoft 365, AI assistants that provide personalized and conversational assistance, feedback, and suggestions across Microsoft 365 applications. What You'll Do
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption for Collaboration Tools and Services for team members around the globe.

  • You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing new and existing products with a primary focus on Microsoft, including their Everyday AI capabilities, like Microsoft Copilot and Copilot for Microsoft 365.

  • Work closely with engineering teams, support teams, change management teams, marketing teams, and legal teams to deliver high-quality Collaboration Tools and Services experiences across multiple platforms and domains

  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their pain points, needs, and expectations regarding Collaboration Tools and Services through journey mapping, road mapping, and human centered design.

  • Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for Collaboration Tools and Services.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the collaboration and AI domain

  • You'll create and manage features across products, involve delivery managers and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • You'll communicate new products, approve positioning and develop go-to-market strategies and training materials.

  • You'll define and manage requirements and task priorities.

Who You Are

You're a skilled product leader who knows how to build relationships, manage changing priorities and address feedback effectively. Here's what else you bring to the table:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 4+ years of experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years of experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years of experience in a related field.

  • A broad understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and procedures.

  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.

  • Familiarity with Rally or similar tools

  • Hands-on experience with product plans, creating epics and features, identifying KPIs and conducting competitive research and analysis.

  • A basic understanding of engineering architecture, with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including engineering, finance, and business development.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced Project Management skills including demonstrated experience managing complex projects.

  • Ability to create and communicate a compelling vision for products that leverage Microsoft's Communication and Collaboration tools and Everyday AI capabilities.
