Job Title: Service Desk Representative

LOCATION: Rochester hills , MI

Duration: 6 months Contract

Shift: 5 Weeks of Training- 8:30a-5pm EST, After training the schedule will be either days or mids with weekend availability required.

Job Description:

NOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: MINIMUM EDUCATION PREFERRED EDUCATIONEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-High School Diploma or equivalent required. -Some college, or 1-2 years of vocational technical training, or an Information Technology/Support industry certification - A relevant Associate’s degree or higher (Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Health Information Management, or other Business/Communication/Technology related), and Information Technology/Support industry certifications.- Certification in IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL/HDI, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• hospital: 1 year (Required)
• IT support: 2 years (Required)
• Help Desk: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ITSM/ITIL/HDI (Required)
