Social Media Marketing Manager


Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team to help bring smiles to kids everywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies for engagement, organic content creation, and paid campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and has a proven track record of success in the field.


We are seeking candidates that reside in AZ, CA, NM and NV.


Pay Range: $65,000-$72,000/year (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Approximately 60% of time will be focused on organic social media content.

  • Create social media calendar and posts for evergreen content for all social media pages.
  • Focus on UGC content for all practices.
  • Increase social media page patient engagement.
  • Lead initiative for local involvement of office created content.
  • Reinstate and monitor cavity free club on social media.
  • Work closely with social media agency partner (Funnel Efficiency) to enhance ads, monitor campaign effectiveness and budgets, share content, collaborate on creative.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with PMs and have knowledge of individual brands and practices.
  • Monitor and respond to all social media pages messaging and posts.
  • Track and analyze social media statistics, engagement and followings.
  • Eventbrite page management


Approximately 40% of time will be focused on other marketing initiatives.

  • Implementing global website changes with web vendor (Sky Hook).
  • Assist with acquisition transition and de novo openings.
    • Grand opening and Re-opening event planning and promotion
    • Marketing collateral
    • Campaign planning and implementation
    • Transitioning/Establishing websites
    • Transitioning/Establishing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, GMB, YELP etc.)
  • Assist with rebranding initiatives,
    • Consolidating websites and social media pages
    • Updating web info on GMB, Yelp etc
    • Implementing signage for transitioning practices
    • Re-configuring existing digital campaigns
  • Special projects as they come up, such as incorporating smiley into all practices, practice uniformity and décor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent requires; Associated degree in Marketing is preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience/knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in social media marketing is required.
  • Experience with marketing posting via Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Yelp, GMB.
  • Marketing experience in the dental field is a plus
