Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients by providing professional mental health support.

Responsibilities

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify mental health needs

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions

- Offer addiction counseling and support for substance abuse issues

- Utilize knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation

- Work with children and adolescents in therapeutic settings

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

- State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist

- Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and ethical standards

- Experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
