As a Tier 1 Integrated Solutions Support Desk Agent for Pitney Bowes, you can too.

You are:
A team player able to work with a group of subject matter experts to provide shipping solutions support for a diverse customer base through multiple channels. You are a highly organized individual who can drive content creation to improve our knowledge base for internal and external clients of Pitney Bowes .
As a member of this team, you will focus on planning and preparing for the future, and developing the skills needed for the changing world we live in.

You will:
Email SaaS/Website support for Pitney Analytics

Utilize remote and virtual technology to solve customer issues

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and multi-function devices

Create/provide documentation/articles for web self help

Analyze customer databases and develop report

Work to deliver NSAT scores above 80%

Leverage Network Administration tools when interacting with customer information

Develop the skills required to move into a Tier 2 Integrated Solutions Support Desk Agent by:

Demonstrate high proficiency in at least two Integrated Software Solutions

Continuously exhibit Quality Assurance (QA) scores above 90%.

Show Auto-in urgency by maintaining Agent Service Levels above 70%

Provide documented Employee Development in Technical and Leadership disciplines

Display Client focus by sustaining NSAT scores above 84%

Your background:
Working knowledge of windows OS and Networking topologies/functions

Knowledge of Logistics and Carrier requirements

Experience navigating USPS processes & requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills required

IT Help Desk/software support experience preferred

Hi proficiency in business analytics

A+/N+ certifications preferred

Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $21 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
