We are seeking an experienced System Integrator Professional who will be responsible for the P&L for all integration projects assigned. Successful project execution acting as a project lead on SOW’s up to $2M. Work with other team members to estimate, design, and document custom control rooms and audio systems for sales. This position will be reporting to the System Integration Manager. Coordinate procurement, assembly, delivery, installation and testing of control room and audio systems.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for delivery and installation for all jobs assigned as it relates to the System Integration SOW
  • Ensure solutions are aligned to customers’ needs and requirements
  • Serve as focal point for customers’ technical discussions on projects assigned.
  • Ensure project landmarks and customer contractual expectations are met
  • Ensure all technical disciplines are working together toward a common goal and compatible schedule
  • Ability to read and understand 1-line video drawings.
  • Assist with quality problem action plans and deviation approvals
  • Prepare cost estimates and answer RFP’s as distributed by the System Integration Manager
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of system integration projects as assigned
  • Work with other departments regarding product planning and execution
  • Work independently or on-site under the direction of a Project Manager.
  • Release drawing packages, O&M documentation and change orders as required by contract documents
  • Participate in documentation generation for proposals, quality testing, and product support
  • Initiate project. Track and report progress on the scope, schedule, and budgets
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 10+ years of practical experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in LED controls, Video processing, Audio design, installation and component commissioning.
  • Experience with Audio and Video cabling; installation, terminations and rack dressing
  • Experience with commercial audio systems and LED control rooms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient with D-Tools and Bluebeam
  • Knowledge of components used in sports, spectacular and live event control rooms
  • Experience with camera, scoring and audio technologies
  • Knowledge of various broadcast control equipment
  • Knowledgeable of control room certification’s, quality control and onsite mobilization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Strong mechanical design and/or analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills and aptitude in performing a variety of complicated tasks
  • Self-directed and able to work well with other departments, vendors etc.
  • Proactive in locating and solving problems
