PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals. Utilizes various sourcing strategies and resources; builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. This position acts as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers. May travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist employs sourcing strategies and resources that build networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, employee referral programs, and other creative channels. This position acts as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an essential role in building a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment through our hiring processes.

Education Level: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred:
Experience: 3 years Full life-cycle HR/Agency recruitment experience in a high-volume environment supporting mid to senior level roles. Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter. Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Experience in proactively sourcing qualified candidates

Salary Range: $55,656 - $110,539
