Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the talent acquisition cycle, understanding how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. Serving as a consultant to hiring managers, you will build relationships while strategically partnering with the business to advise and drive the hiring process. You will be an innovative thinker, with an ability to anticipate the future, focusing on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement while continually building and engaging your talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will source and present top talent through a variety of creative channels; conduct in-depth phone screens, assessing candidates evaluating skill level, drive the offer process, and help hire candidates while maintaining a positive focus on experience throughout the process.
  • Your focus will be on providing consistent communication to your internal customers (hiring managers) and external customers (applicants), as well as contributing on other initiatives including driving diversity, equity and inclusion talent acquisition and branding efforts.
  • High volume recruiting

What you will need to bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 3 years of talent acquisition experience desired
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, and client relationships
  • Experience using advanced sourcing techniques to include Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems searches, and conducting internal referral campaigns
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • High volume recruiting experience working in a fast-paced environment
