Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Position:

The Application Support Specialist creates a positive customer service experience and builds strong customer relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution, communicating promptly, and handling customers with an exceptional professional attitude. You will be responsible for having knowledge of our programs and to successfully convey solutions to the customer. Implement new customers, answering all forms of communication, creating tickets and resolving issues, and program training.

Qualifications:

  • Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s Degree: Technical education or equivalent

    · 5+ years of customer service experience (Desk side support)

    · 3+ years of troubleshooting

    · Must be reliable and consistent in job performance

    · Must have strong critical thinking skills and an initiative minded attitude

    · Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

    · Proficiency in resolving end-user software application, PC, iOS, Android, and web browser errors

    · Excellent organization skills: ability to set priorities among multiple objectives

    · Excellent analytical skills and an attention to detail to meet deadlines

    · Ability to implement applications on a deliverable schedule

    · Must pass background check and drug screen

    · Ability to function as a team player

    · Perform other duties as assigned

    · Position requires frequent interaction with business partners, operations, consultants, outside vendors, and other cross-functional team members

  • Skills (Preferred):

    · Knowledge of networking

    · Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server

    · MS application suite, particularly Excel and data manipulation skills

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Work Environment:

    The role is an On-site/Remote Position. The first 2-3 months will be required On-site.

     

  • Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    Full-time (Salary/Exempt)
