In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who require assistance with their telecommunication services. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer information into our database.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers promptly and politely
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively resolving customer inquiries and concerns
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
• Stay up to date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Upsell additional products and services to customers as appropriate

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
