We are seeking an experienced analyst of Telecom/IT services on a Part-Time basis.
The Analyst audits telecom/IT services’ vendor-billed amounts against tariffs and client contracts to identify discrepancies, evaluates the merits of refund claims, initiates billing disputes, defends the claims and obtains refunds from the vendors.
The Analyst also compares a client’s service costs to industry benchmark and identifies savings opportunities for the client. Once client approves the pursuit of the opportunity, the Analyst administers a Request for Proposals (RFP) process, negotiates with the vendors, and implements the lower-cost solution.
This position REQUIRES minimum 3 years’ experience in auditing phone bills for advanced voice and data services. We expect you to demonstrate prior experience in identifying billing errors and achieving refunds from vendors.
