CareNational is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in performance-based medicine, providing telehealth consultations to patients. With the flexibility to build your own schedule, you'll deliver personalized care remotely, committing a minimum of 10 hours per week to ensuring accessible and exceptional healthcare for our patients.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $40 per initial consultation (30min) and $35 for follow-up consultations (20min)

Work Setting:

• Remote

Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• Experience in the past 2 years within the Performance Based Medicine
• Experience with consulting patients with hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, anti-aging, pain management, etc.
• Experience with Telehealth
