Craft Communications LLC's school division, Pure Pixel Portrait Studios, is a leading provider of school photography services with a reputation for excellence in the industry. We are looking for an experienced telemarketer to join our team and play a crucial role in helping us grow our customer base. Your role will be instrumental in prospecting and seeking business for future customers of our school photography services. You will be the first point of contact, collecting potential clients' contact information, email, number of students attending, and when the service is required. Your contribution will significantly impact our growth as you pass the collected data to the company's account specialist.

Responsibilities:

- Call on potential customers to prospect and seek business for our school photography services

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to achieve sales targets

- Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling

- Collect potential clients' contact information, email, students attended number, and when the service is needed by

- Provide prompt responses to all customers' queries and concerns

- Assist users in navigating to the appropriate website

- Patient and effective communicator who can troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of experience in a sales or business development position

- Experience in making outbound prospecting calls to potential customers to acquire their business

- Excels in a fast-paced outbound call telemarketing setting

- Possess the skills and experience necessary to handle the demands of the job

- Dedicated to achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service

- A solid history of lead conversion

- Proficient with technology

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Desire to work hard and earn an unlimited income

- Ability to deliver results

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20,800.00 - $30,000.00 per year
