What We Do

The Title Assistant role will act as a liaison between title agents and production teams to fulfill Mortgage Modification Policies. Collates and gathers information, responds to inquiries, and reviews and validates the accuracy and completeness of data.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Performs a wide range of administrative duties that require experience, skill and knowledge of title policies and practices.
  • Maintains files, records and reports; monitor and track workflow
  • Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues and complete the title process.
  • Escalate complex title issues to Underwriting as needed
  • Communicates with internal and external groups
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years title

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Exercises good judgment
  • Working knowledge of FAST system a plus

Pay Range: $15.17 – $26.40 hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
