Position Details

• Location: Fully Remote (must reside in the State of Florida)
• Status: This is a full-time remote position.
• Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)

The Transcription Quality Coordinator will work remotely. This team member must currently reside in Florida.

Responsibilities:

• The Transcription Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all department policies and procedures relating to quality of transcribed documents are being followed by the Transcription Team and outside vendors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures

• Preferred AHDI Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist
• Preferred – CHDS (Transcription)

• Required High School or equivalent
• Preferred Technical Program Completion or Degree

Experience

• Required - 5 years - Transcriptionist; And - 5 years - Acute Care; Or - 3 years - Relevant experience with Technical Training/Program
