HopDrive is a Richmond based funded startup that aims to change the way auto dealers move cars. We've developed a ride-share platform that our own drivers run on their phones to accept gigs to move cars for our dealer customers. We are in full growth mode but still operate like the startup we are.

Job Responsibilities

• Work remotely and attentively utilizing multiple systems in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Assist market managers with daily activities
• Become a subject matter expert in driver processes, customer locations, and move requirements
• Route planning and optimization
• Partner with product manager to influence technical road-map for in-system trip planning
• Assist drivers with questions
• Assist customers with questions
• Drive cars if needed (that's right, everyone in the company get's out and drives cars sometimes too!)
• Analyze data and create operational reports

Job Qualifications

• Self starter- no hand holding here, we need someone who embraces the freedom to go figure things out with little to no direction.
• Passion for logistics-We are innovating a space that hasn't been touched in decades. We are looking for someone who can contribute ideas and geeks out about logistics as much as we do!
• Problem solver- Can quickly identify problems and present relevant solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit- do you have mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, service and continuous improvement?
• As a team player - we help each other out everyday, we are looking for someone who can fit into our culture seamlessly.
• Must have reliable, high speed internet.
• Previous dispatch experience a plus
