Description

Our digital agency client is seeking a UX Researcher to help their team with a project.

This will be roughly 10 hours/ week, for 6 weeks total. This role is fully remote!

A new B2B manufacturing client has tasked them with reviewing existing voice of customer and internal stakeholder interview videos to gather a deeper perspective of the site audience and their needs and challenges with the current structures. This part of the process will not include any new stakeholder interviews, and will focus only on the existing documentation they will provide to client.

UX Researcher Deliverables:

Written summary of insights for the redesign based on the existing stakeholder interview documentation (including incorporation of pain points from the current journeys to be addressed)

Their UX team will also be be responsible for creating page prototypes, and we’ll need this researcher to help with the test plan, questions, executing the unmoderated testing with the group of people that the client provides, and written synthesis

UX Researcher Requirements:

Agency experience

-Minimum 5 years experience in UX research - need to have done similar testing and analysis/insights work

Experience formulating research strategy and planning; experience conducting moderated and/or unmoderated user testing studies

Experience analyzing and synthesize user data on ecommerce or similar projects

Experience with manufacturing clients a bonus
