Vice President, Analytics and Performance Insights

Do you enjoy understanding what makes a business run and thinking how it can run even better? The Vice President, Analytics and Performance Insights will help the Brokerage Client Services organization maximize their opportunity by developing plans to improve business performance and understand what is driving results for our associates, leaders, and customers. You will lead a team of 10+ analysts across our regional centers and will be responsible for helping them develop their skills and aligning them with work to help them grow.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • 10+ years working in Planning, Finance or Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with Alteryx, Tableau, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated expertise leading dispersed teams.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or a direct support function
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects across multiple partners.
  • Prior experience in an Agile system of work

The Purpose of Your Role

The Vice President works within our Analytics & Performance Insights Team in Brokerage to provide meaningful insights on how our business is performing. On a typical day, you will be interacting with our Field Leaders and headquarters peers but also partnering with technology and data teams to help move work forward. You will collaborate withour data and reporting teams to represent our needs on a wide range of projects ranging from business performance monitoring, AI use cases, executive scorecards, and ad hoc analytics.

The Vice President, Analytics & Performance Insights is part of Fidelity's Brokerage group, specifically within the Strategy, Planning & Enablement Team. Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
