What We Are Looking For:

Paradise Rental Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our luxury vacation rental properties in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guest arrivals.
  • Schedule and track maintenance tasks and repairs using our project management software.
  • Maintain accurate property schedules and manage booking modifications using our property management system.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant team to ensure smooth operations and task completion.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using various communication, project management, and property management platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • High-speed internet, a computer, a cell phone, and a quiet office space to facilitate remote work and communication.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service, particularly with Airbnb and VRBO vacation rentals and their associated apps, is preferred.
