Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in K-12 education.
- Provide virtual counseling and support services to students, parents, and educators.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Attend and actively participate in virtual meetings, including IEP meetings, team meetings, and staff development sessions.
- Interpret assessment data and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and regulations related to school psychology and special education.
Requirements:
- Active Michigan Psychologist School Certification.
- Previous experience working as a school psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred.
- Proficient in conducting virtual assessments and delivering virtual services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual work setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
