We are seeking a VP of Growth Partnerships to lead and drive our client relationships to new heights. As a VP of Growth Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction, and spearheading strategic initiatives that align with our clients' business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business by fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships and providing strategic guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with clients to define marketing and media strategies that align with their business goals.
    • Develop and present comprehensive, data-driven plans to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth from existing clients.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
    • Share market insights with clients to help them stay ahead in their respective markets.
  • Client Retention:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to ensure high retention rates.
    • Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure and communicate the success of client campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to clients for transparency and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of proven track record in senior client-facing roles within the media and marketing industry.
  • Track record of driving seven-figure deals through client-direct relationships
  • Experience driving Agency HoldCo. discussion and landing Endeavor deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and media strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-Suite.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue and client satisfaction targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relentless closer at all deals sizes, and structures.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000. The salary and bonus structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
