About Atria Health Revenue Cycle Management:
Atria Health has built a proprietary Revenue Cycle analytics platform which provides real-time information in a user-friendly format which eliminate the reliability upon difficult-to-use applications like the EBO out of eCW. Using these proprietary tools, structured problem-solving, and performance management process, Atria Health has been able to demonstrate a 3.7% improvement in collections performance within the first 6 months of operations.
Atria Health is looking to grow its Revenue Cycle Management team by investing in a Vice-President management function. This Vice President would:
- Evolve and improve the Revenue Cycle analytics platform to improve its accuracy and effectiveness, particularly with cardiac Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Diagnose and create an action plan for new cardiology practices that join Atria Health
- Build in-house Revenue Cycle Management functions for new practices that join Atria Health, either in-market or centrally (to be determined)
- Monitor productivity of RCM across member cardiology practices, set goals for improvement, and coach to meet those goals
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, physicians and office staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (eCW preferred)
- Full Covid vaccination preferred but not required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in physician office setting
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Certification in medical coding and billing preferred
- IT project implementation experience preferred
- Cardiology experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
