As a Webinar Facilitator, what might you do in a typical week?

  • Deliver remote training classes to dealership personnel, specializing in Fixed Operations or Accounting/Sales F&I

  • Document all aspects of the remote training with daily and weekly recaps, making sure any issues found during training week are escalated properly

  • Keep up with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and communicate this information to the Implementation Team

  • Occasionally deliver the same high quality product training to Dominion DMS Team Members

  • Support customer needs as requested via phone and email

  • Additional Learning & Development programs and learning initiatives as needed

  • Have a gift for explaining software processes to new users

  • Can think on your feet and adjust to ever-changing situations with ease

  • Possess strong public speaking skills, along with writing and communication skills

  • Have experience delivering remote, facilitator led learning

  • Can handle a wide range of learners in your training sessions and can adapt to meet those differences

  • Enjoy using technology (Zoom, Go to Meeting, etc…) to deliver high quality learning experiences

 

If your experience includes any of these items, consider it “icing on the cake!”...

  • Experience with automotive software or within a dealership environment, especially if DMS related

  • Previous software training experience

  • Above average skills with multiple computer software programs (Microsoft, Google Drive, other proprietary software)

  • Working knowledge of adult learning theories and effective learning and development

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or have gained the equivalent knowledge through previous on the job experience

The Webinar Facilitator reports to the Training Supervisor and has no direct reports.

This role offers a compensation of approximately $45,000 - $58,000/ annually. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc, Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
