A full-time, contractual, virtual School Psychologist position has become available in the state of Illinois for the full2024-2025school year. We are seeking a diligent and caring applicant to help provide services to our Special Educationstudents. You will will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to promote psychological health that supports educational and personal achievement.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active School Psychology Illinois License
• Must have anactive license in state of residence, if applicable
• Must have Masters Degree or Doctoral Level Degree in School Psychology
• Must be licensed through the Illinois Board
• Must have an active Illinois PEL

About the Position:

• 08/19/2024-05/16/2025
• Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: K - 12th grade, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $30 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations in the social emotional area and IEP development and documentation.
• Participate in eligibility IEP meetings.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
• Advocate for the mental health and educational needs of students within the school and the wider community.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in response to critical incidents affecting the school community.
• Contribute to professional development and training activities for staff on topics related to student mental health and well-being.
